My Suggestions for Making Wolf Globe More Rewarding and Enjoyable

I want to share some things I have personally observed while playing Wolf Globe and some ideas I think could make the game better for everyone. These are not complaints, but suggestions that I believe could improve the game and make players more interested in playing every day.

1. More Ways to Earn Points

One thing I have noticed is that we lose points every hour, and we also spend points on different activities like feeding, running, looping, killing, fighting, and other things in the game. While I understand that these activities are part of the gameplay, I think there should be more ways for players to earn points back.

At the moment, writing forum posts and filling out the field guide are some of the ways to earn points. What if we could also earn points through hunting and completing other activities in the game?

For example, when a wolf successfully takes down an animal, the player could receive some points as a reward. Killing larger animals could give more points than killing smaller ones. Players could also earn points for completing certain hunting tasks, winning fights, or reaching specific goals.

This would make hunting more rewarding and give players another reason to explore the game. It could also help players save enough points to buy things for their wolves without depending only on writing posts or filling the field guide.

2. Making Training Time More Flexible

Another thing I have observed is the time needed to train a wolf before upgrading to the next level. We currently have training periods of one hour and four hours, depending on the training.

I think it would be nice if the training time could be adjusted a little. For example, the shortest training time could start from 20 minutes, while the longest could remain four hours.

This would give players more flexibility, especially those who may not always have enough time to stay online for long periods. It would also make the training process feel less stressful.

I understand that training time is important for balancing the game, so I am not suggesting that every upgrade should be instant. Instead, having a few shorter training options could make the experience better while still keeping the game challenging.

3. Improving Long-Distance Travel

Traveling to places that are far away can take a long time. Although I appreciate the addition of activities like looping and running, I still think there could be more ways to make traveling useful and rewarding.

For example, players could earn small points for completing long-distance journeys, discovering new locations, or reaching certain destinations. Another idea could be to introduce travel rewards that depend on the distance covered.

This would give players something to look forward to while traveling instead of only waiting for the journey to finish. It could also encourage players to explore more parts of the game.

4. Making Gameplay More Rewarding

Overall, I believe Wolf Globe has a lot of potential. The game already has different activities that keep players busy, but adding more ways to earn points could make those activities feel more worthwhile.

Players should have opportunities to earn rewards by actively playing, not only by writing forum posts or completing the field guide. Even small rewards for hunting, training, traveling, and reaching goals could make a difference.

I appreciate the work the CCP team has put into the game so far, and I hope these suggestions can be considered as the game continues to grow.

My two questions for the CCP team and other players are:

1. What do you think about earning points through hunting, traveling, and completing other in-game activities instead of relying mainly on forums and the field guide?
2. Would shorter training options and rewards for long-distance travel make Wolf Globe more enjoyable for you?
